About Me

My research work aims to advance the state of the art in image and signal processing, and marry that with biological/medical expertise to help with structure-function studies of the human brain. My current projects are four-fold: (1) developing methods for content-based search and retrieval of multi-modal medical images; (2) creating workflow infrastructure for neuroimaging software via NIPYPE; (3) mining the set of all cortical fields within the human brain using diffusion MRI; and (4) decoding human mental states through MVPA approaches.
